Steffen Yeah, most European airlines accept debit cards these days, but American airlines often require credit cards. I was on a lengthy Air Canada Rouge flight recently and my poor seat neighbour couldn't get anything to eat as she had only a debit card & cash, but the only accepted form of payment were credit cards.
So depending on where you travel/pay by card you might not need the new travel card. I for one welcome a product that is more widely accepted in regions outside of Europe.
A shame that Bunq doesn't provide a timeline for this product to become available though.
