@Enrico-G#101750 Just follow the general guidelines. When your card does not arrive by the estimated date, then wait a few more days (it's an estimation after all). When it still doesn't arrive then simply contact the Support chat 💬 and they will look into it for you. 👍😁

@Enrico-G#101767 please don't advise to not follow the procedures. The official procedures point you towards the Support chat 💬, they should hence assist you. They obviously can't see where an untracked letter is, but they should be able to find a solution for you. When you have problems with the answers from support you can always ask for another support employee or report here for instance. 👍
Main take away; do report to support, so they are aware and can fix it. 🙂

Voor zover ik weet neemt bunq geen betaalkaarten terug. Die worden persoonlijk voor jou gemaakt en zijn niet te hergebruiken.

My first Travelcard came glued with frontside to the other side of the folded paper.
I contacted support about this and got the possibility to order a replacement card.
I do understand that any card will get scratched sooner or later, although as an apple pay user I seldom use cards to do payments anymore.
But as a customer you should start with a brand-new and crisp shiny card without damages in the mail. After that it doesn't matter if your card gets worn out. Through the traces left behind, you can relive the stories, the good and bad times experienced and remember the journeys you have made just like life itself.
And... it might show you are a really BIG spender! 😉🌈
