Bin mal gespannt, wann es endlich los geht mit den Karten. Ist schon über 1 Woche her und man hört nix mehr. Man könnte wenigstens mal was ungefähres sagen
Ich bitte auch um aktualisierte Informationen. Die Kartengebühr ist abgebucht, die alte Karte deaktiviert, die Pfingstferien kommen und bunq schweigt.
Well in Support I was told 3 to 14 days around 3 days ago. Support can be uninformed at times though so we can never be sure

When pre-ordering something and paying for it, it's not allowed here in Germany to specify a very vague date such as 'Coming Soon', This is a case with a pre-order phone from mediamarkt. It's definitely a grey area but overall since we paid EUR9 for the card we need to get a concrete date on the release date instead of a vague "before the holidays" or "coming soon"

Oh mein Gott warum sind alle nur so ungeduldig? Einfach abwarten, die Karte wird schon kommen. Ich habe auch eine bestellt und sobald die Karte da ist, ist sie eben da. So einfach ist das. 😂😂😂😂
@Nikolaos-Lime-Turtle#96211 Its not about patience, we know its a pre-order and we would have to wait a bit for it, but it would have been better for the users and law(at least in Germany) to give us at least an estimate since we did pay for that card which was also unwarranted btw since bunq does claim to give you 3 free cards
I’ll wait happily, I’d rather have bunq push something good than something that wasn’t done properly
@MB-Obari#96225 Maybe giving the date isn't that black and white. Maybe they have alot of variables to keep in mind, like the creating of the cards by company 1, Personalizing by company 2, Quality control by company 3 etc.
Maybe bunq gave us the preorders to show that they're busy with it so we don't get creditcards because of "bunq doesn't offer a creditcard". I mean would you be happy if bunq just put 31/12/2020 as deadline, but releases it in 3 days?
I would be nice for customers who will go on holiday soon to know an estimation, but it's not the end of the world. For people like @Sonny-Azure-Wolf#96075 an estimation would really be nice otherwise he can get a different card for his holiday.
@Jos-Golden-Unicorn#96229 Generally when you put something up for pre-order that means you have already prepared it, it’s always the last stages — if it was a free pre-order, fine, no big deal. But we paid €9 for it, it would be nice to at least get an estimate, if they give us an estimate of 2 months that’s fine, because I would have known what I signed up for, it just feels wrong to pre-order something blindly even if I trust bunq will release it within a reasonable amount of time
