            The Travel Card membership doesn't include any bank accounts. Just a card that can be topped up and used for payments, this should explain why there are no accounts in your app.

              I thought is was a very nice deal, getting Travel Card. Nowhere it said that my 'free' account would be cancelled, it seemed a very good addition to my existing account. To good to be true, apparently. Even now, browsing through Together I don't see many entries specifying this.
              The email that triggered me, says: Upgrade. That means you get something extra, not that you loose existing features. But I did.
              What are your thoughts on this? I am disappointed in this bank of the free. No transparency at all!

                @furley#100986 0,99 Euro sind die Gebühren, die bunq von ihrer Seite aus für die Abhebung berechnet. Für den Fall, dass der Automat Gebühren erhebt, fallen diese für dich zusätzlich an. Bunq kann dies auch weder erkennen noch verhindern. Es lohnt sich also, sich vor einer Reise nach möglichst gebührenfreien oder günstigen Automaten für MasterCard-Abhebungen zu informieren.

                Vereinzelt gibt es zwar noch Banken, die dieses Automaten-Entgelt auch erstatten (wobei es eine recht seltene Praxis ist), aber bei den Konditionen von bunq ist es wohl verständlich, dass das hier nicht möglich ist.

                          It seems like you have had a bad experience while changing your membership. This topic has been discussed on Together and even though the screen could be clearer (just a as a tip) you should always keep in mind to double check what you sign up for, as in Terms and Conditions for example.

                          Anyway, I understand that you like to address some frustration because of the misunderstanding but I would kindly like to request you to see if there's a constructive way to share your feedback. I hope you understand posting in 5 different topics looks a bit like spamming.

                              @Henk-Magenta-Bear#101049 Free bestaat niet meer; dus in principe is het antwoord helaas: niet. Je kunt eventueel even een berichtje sturen naar Support chat 💬. Wellicht dat ze toch niet iets voor je kunnen betekenen. Maar in principe wordt Free uitgefaseerd (lees: niet meer af te sluiten, alleen beschikbaar voor hen die het momenteel nog hebben), dus als je bewust naar een ander abonnement bent gegaan dan kun je niet zomaar terug. 😉
