Mr. Underwood If someone doesn't have a few thousands laying around that's fine, I'm not gonna tell anyone how to spend their money. But a 1500 Euro deposit and no chance of falling into debt while not actually having that much money, that just doesn't go together, or does it? And if someone's take from that is that they would rather have a regular credit card, well, there are multiple out there that also offer no foreign exchange fees and can be paid off directly with your bunq account (at least in Germany, can't vouch for this for every country bunq operates in).
In the end it comes down to preference, and of course it's fine to share that here on Together, but there is also some stuff that bunq deliberately chose to do that way from their roots up. Wishing for stuff like that to change is imho unrealistic and not a very constructive discussion. And if you call that then "bogus", "zero value" and "a joke", even though there are people that specifically choose bunq for how these features are designed, is just a bit much. That's why I even bothered to comment on this.
