@reef#96809 Correct!
@reef#96809 Correct!
@reef#96809 Does your question imply that you would like a signature field?
To me a signature feels outdated and has no value. And I rather not have my signature on a card I can loose for security reasons.
@Michiel#96815 Some places actually require you to have a signature on the back in order to use the card
@MB-Obari#96816 When was the last time you paid with your card and you actually had to sign or the person actually checked the signature?
Is it possible to connect a bank account with a person using the Travel Card Plan if I got the Premium Plan and invite him.
@richtejo#96824 The person with the Travel Card plan can not accept Connects. So no. That's not possible. It's really only a card. 🙂
@MB-Obari#96816 check this: https://www.finextra.com/newsarticle/32800/mastercard-signs-off-on-removal-of-card-signature-panel
@Michiel#96815 Hey Michiel, it’s AWESOME that bunq didn’t put a signature field. I wasn’t sure about it because it just could have been a design issue on the app.
@Mtouch#96832 Y no podrás volver a ser Free nunca. Muy mal todo esto sin previo aviso 🙈
@Jose-Orange-Bear-1362079935#96848 that depends, when you haven't done anything with the Travel membership you can still downgrade to Free. As far as I know it's similar to when bunq introduced Premium; once you went for the new plans you could not go back. So, as far as I know you can freely move between Premium and Free (under the old terms) but as soon as you use the Travel plan you'll fall under the new terms and can not use Free anymore. 🙂
In short; it only applies to new customers, so it is not really without notice. 🙂
@Sander#96862 Gracias por la información, eso pensé. Pero cuando veo los planes disponibles para cambiar e no aparece Free. Y aún no se he recibido la tarjeta
@Jose-Orange-Bear-1362079935#96880 according to our information the new plans (including the removal of "Free") only applies to new customers. But we're having a discussion about it within the moderator team now as well. We'll ask our contact and we will make sure to get back about this as soon as possible. 😁
Excelente, estaré atento. Gracias.
@Sander#96883 the free plan has been fully removed a downgrade to free is impossible a bit lack communication of bunq without any notice, it’s only possible to switch between pack , premium , travel , joint.
@PP#96905 we've received mixed info on this point, it seems removed completely indeed, but in this topic it mentions this applies to when you've switched to the Travel plan. Anyway, we're trying to figure it out and will let you know as soon as we get an answer. 😁
@Sander#96907 I have my fingers crossed for a mixup and the Travel Plan is actually the Free Plan + Travel Card 🤞
I won’t be switching from Premium, but it would be the killer setup to get people over from competitors 👍
So if I understand correctly I can switch to a free membership with a travel card, so I’ll keep my account and get a card for a one time fee?
@R#96912 Hi 👋🏼 Rene, you unfortunately can't revert to Free since it isn't an existing membership anymore.
@JohnDo#96913 It now says that ‘travel pack’ is a membership though. It says it’s free but I only have to pay a one time fee for the card.
