Sander Hi sander, youre talking about something different then me. I dont argue that bunq shouldve said anything upfront or something. Of course, something free, you cant expect to be there all the time.
But, for example, a friend who is also a bunq fan, I talked to him about the new membership plans, and he immediately asked: huh, I read all announcements, where was it? Thats what I mean, as all things that dissapear from the app, its not always a bad thing perse ( or maybe good reasona behind it), but it should be communicated. What I mean is this: everything that disappears at bunq (yes EVERYTHING) is not communicated, but discussed in comments with smilies.
To sum up: my friend didnt read the comments on those posts, only the announcements. He is a premium member, and will stay, but how can he get informed? He likes to keep himself up to date with the developments at bunq, but he misses a lot of things because he doesnt read all comments (like I haha). So please, next time, inform in the announcement what is happening. Sure you can have a faq, but this should explain whats in the announcement, not give new info (or better yet do not announce the disappearence of something in a comment down below)
