TwitNour I think a retailer is not allowed to pass on the costs to the customer, but a bank can. That is why bunq also ask for money if you want to charge a Travel Card with another credit card.
So maybe bunq offer it but you also have to pay extra for it.
What a retailer is allowed to do is not offer that payment option. So it would not surprise me if Apple Pay can no longer be used in many stores if suddenly half of the people start paying with it and the retailer has to pay more costs.
