  • Top-up bunq using a Credit/Debit Card

I think it would be WAY more useful than that slow bank transfer.
Come on, we need instant transfers, instant availability.
So please give us top up via Apple Pay (like Revolut has) or by using any MasterCard/VISA/Amex

Yes please bung if it‘s possible 🥺😋

I think this will not be an option any time soon, because:
      1. Costs, a credit card transaction cost a lot more than a Sofort or an iDeal transaction.
      2. Charge back’s, there is a big risk of charge back’s and fines that come with it.
      3. Credit/Loans, bunq doesn’t like those.

@Koen-Orange-Swan#4486 Definitely would help me a lot

Are you topping up your normal bank account with credit card as well? Don't think so.

This does imho not fit to the bunq concept, as bunq is a real and full bank where you should have more than 1 EUR on the account ledger.

@Heiko-Hartwig#65743 Well, I don’t consider bunq a “normal bank” at all, since Bunq is a fintech. And again for me it would be very helpful to top up from my “normal bank” in Denmark to Bunq directly with credit card, instead of using my Revolut account to top it up by credit card and sending the money after to Bunq by regular IBAN transfer...

@Lander#65747 I absolutely agree. It should be made possible to choose. Nobody would be forced to use an option. Monese shows how it could be.

@Lander#65747 Why not do the normal SEPA transfer from your Danish bank directly to bunq?

@JeroenE#65752 Because my bank charge me “high” for converting danish kroner into euros...

@JeroenE#65755 Yes, thank you for the tip :)
I used once and then I figure out that was faster doing it throw Revolut, it takes just one day, with Transferwise it was a little longer 🤪

                      2 months later
Tim changed the title to Top-up bunq using a Credit/Debit Card.
                        Tim unlocked the discussion.

Definitely would be great if this were to arrive as I use my Transferwise account to get EUR and topup my account which takes a while and has fees.

I need the Bank of the Free please 😬 not these third hand fees

@Bauuzer#94923 Free refers to freedom, not free beer. And credit cards inherently are not free to accept (in both meanings actually).
