  • Remove cards from overview

        May I ask why removing the cards from the vertical overview is so important? This way you can always check how many cards you've had in your subscription and calculate how many more you can possibly order for free. Besides. the default view (except for landscape in iPad) is the horizontal overview which doesn't show the permanently blocked cards.

            @gruppoeternity#141533 as I understand they do not show in the horizontal view (where you change linked account etc). Just on the last item, where the vertical scroller appears you’ll also see historical cards to have a complete overview. It basically functions as an archive. The comments above make it sound like it is a big obstacle to have old cards there, but the reasons “cleanliness” and “sake of design” don’t seem to match that importance level; what about this design is not working for you? Is it just not pleasing your eyes on that particular page of the card section? Or do you have some kind of bug where the disabled card still shows in the horizontal scroller? 🤔

              @Sander#141536 Il problema è che quelle carte vecchie non hanno senso! :) Non si posso aprire ne vedere i dettagli o i movimenti, sono solo loghi vuoti, che senso hanno? In più, nella panoramica verticale si fa fatica a prima vista distinguere quali carte sono realmente attive e quali sono quelle vecchie! Credo che la sezione dovrebbe funzionare come quella dei conti! Quando si chiude un conto non rimane sempre visibile, ma viene spostato nell’archivio! ;)

                @gruppoeternity#141538 As Tim mentioned before it allows you to see which cards you’ve ordered before as they do count to your limit of three cards for free (in terms of production costs). Maybe a simple label “permanently blocked” would already solve your issue with the current design? That nothing happens when you tap it makes sense to me, I mean, it can not change the assigned account, the card number is deleted and all other details have become obsolete the minute the card has been blocked. 🙂

                  @Sander#141539 A questo punto anziché l’etichetta sarebbe meglio avere una sezione archivio! So che bunq ha lavorato molto per rendere l’app meno difficile e meno confusionaria! Un passo verso questa direzione sarebbe quello di rendere la sezione carte più pratica e immediata! È solo la mia opinione (Insime ad altri 54 bunqer) 😇

                    @Sander#141536
                    To be honest for me it is more of a cleanliness and design issue, its not pleasing to the eye, which the rest of the app is.
                    And it is maybe handy because you get your first 3 passes for free so that way you can have a overview but the idea of moving them to an archive sounds good. I was told by the helpdesk of bunq that the cards will be removed after a year or so, i wouldnt know if thats true cause I have those passes less than a year now.

                      I see. I thought there was a more “blocking” issue perhaps. But taste is obvious something that we cannot argue over. Who knows, with sufficient support for the idea bunq might look into it, so make sure to hit the highfive button on the top post to let bunq know you want this too. 🙂

                        @Sander#141567 L’unico problema con questa idea è che il titolo è poco chiaro! Forse molti non aprono il post perché non si capisce bene! Anche se comunque ad oggi già ci sono alcuni consensi! :)

                          Looks like bunq came with a solution to prevent your screen from getting cluttered with the vertical cards overview. And, now you can still track how many cards you've had in the past.

                            @Tim#146675 Het "probleem" was toch juist dat ze te voorschijn komen als je op Show All Cards klikt? Dit extra schermpje zit al heel lang in de app. In ieder geval wel op Android. En geblokkeerde kaarten staan nog steeds in dat verticale overzicht.

                              @JeroenE#146682 Op iOS kreeg je altijd direct de hele lijst te zien.
