• Using Siri Shortcuts to Auto Switch Card Back

It's possible to Use the new Siri Shortcuts Support in bunq to switch your bunq card to another account for a small amount of time only.

First, go to the bunq app and enable Siri in Settings > Security -> Settings.
Next, go to the card you wish to switch and switch it to the new account and back to the old account.

Now, go to the Shortcuts app and create the following Shortcut:
- tap on the + to create a new Shortcut
- next, tap on search and go to the bunq app in the list.
- Select the 'Switch My Great bunq Card to <Account1>'
- Tap again on search and add 'Wait'. Set the time to something smaller than 2 minutes, e.g. 60 seconds
- Tap on search again and select Switch My Great bunq Card to <Account2>
- Now, save the shortcut

In the widgets menu, add the "Shortcuts" widget and tap on the shortcut you just created. Your card will now be switched to the new account, and, after 60 seconds it will be switched back automatically to the other account

    Very good idea.
We should do like a “Best of bunq Siri Shortcut Recipes” 🤓👍🏼

cool. this comes in useful for apple pay, just quickly ask siri and you can pay from another account, then it switches back. i’ve already used it today. so i can now actually remove some of my cards from Wallet

Missing a lot of cards, and IBAN's here.

@Robbin-Blue-Turtle#106844 They appear when you perform the action in the app: that's a Siri limitation.

            Very nice tip! 💪🌈

Wow I didn’t know shortcuts work that way. Thank you👍

@Andreas#106869 Is it me or is there also a delay before Siri learns about the action you had just performed in the bunq app? I made a transfer and it was not available rightaway in the Shortcuts app

@Roeshimi#107152 There shouldn't be any delay. The Shortcuts app however often doesn't pick up new action until you restart it.

@Andreas#106803 Nice one, but isn’t the shortcut terminated when the screen is locked?

@LH-Black-Wolf#107175 It isn’t - apps can continue in the background for a while, so something smaller than 2 minutes does work fine

@Andreas#107177 Nice, I didn’t know it kept going! It always seems to drown when locking, but this explains a thing or two.

I’m going to use this for online purchases hehe. I have a card that is always linked to a €0 account, now with Siri a shortcut can be made that links the card to another account, click pay online and let it switch back to the €0 account. :)

@Robbin-Blue-Turtle#106844 how did you get these in dutch in the shortcuts app? they appear english on mine, eventhough everything is set to dutch

                            @Andreas#107154 Great hint, thank you

I love you guys so much 😘 💕
Siri Shortcuts is awesome, especially now with bunq support 🌈

@DaveFlash#107180 the titles of the Shortcut items are in the language of the bunq app
