It is not the fault of the credit card company. If have tried a few cards that work very nice with other companies and they do not work with Bunq.

I just try the feature which allow you top up money from your credit cards. It works at the first time and it does have the issue if you want use it for a second time top up, it will show βyour top up is canceled by you other bankβ.
The solution I found is to delete the card information saved with bunq and do it again, manually enter the information. The issue is solved.ππ»

Valentin Credit card top up is still supported, only the automatic top up isn't available. You can always do a manual top up.

Valentin Valentin, like Peter B already explained to you: It's still supported, the support might got confused with the recently removed auto topup feature. It is important to me to top up by credit card. Sofort and Idea are not working for my country and bank transfer is also imposible because my bank acount is in a different currency. I must first exchange in Eur at the bank rate, then transfer to Bunq. Topping up with card does also currency conversion at Bunq's better rate ...

Support chat sometimes is very busy, give them a bit to answer. In busy times it can take a few hours easily to get back to you, wait patiently and they will answer. ππ
