Hi Elise,
Thank you for sending the file. Sadly it wasn't what I was looking for. But no worries, I no longer need it because my code works now...
Thank you for letting us know!
Cheers!
Can you send me my Bunq MT940 file to my email?
@NIRG-Systems-International-B-V-Orange-Jaguar#38630 You can very easily export such file yourself, go to the account and tap on settings. There is a button to export statements. Select your period and change the filetype to MT940.
Ok will try it. Thanks
Thanks Tim. Worked well.

Can you send me my Bunq MT940 file to my email?
@ALHAN-GLOBAL-Azure-Zebra#220172 The easiest and fastest way to get an MT940 file is by going to the Home tab > selecting any sub-account > open MENU > export statements. Then select your period and change the filetype to MT940.
Then just open it up in a text editor and you can see exactly what kind of MT940 files are generated by bunq.
Hi,
i have couple of subaccounts on bunq that have been deprecated but i still have mt940 files for them Unfortunately they are not recogmised by jorrt.nl(bookeeping software) so i was wondering if there is somewhere information specs for bunq's MT940 format so that i can try writing some code in order to convert this files.
Hey there, @New-Silver-Otter-57004124#284465 👋
Thank you for reaching out with your question about MT940 files for your archived sub-accounts.
Unfortunately, we can't provide detailed information or specifications for the bunq MT940 format. However, I'd like to inform you that archived sub-accounts that have been inactive for more than 60 days cannot be reopened. You can check how to export an annual overview of your account here 📚
