• Please change partner for the deliver of Travel Card

As of today, I am at three ordered Bunq Travel Card, but I didn't receive any of the three cards. The problem is that here in Italy is Nexive the company that delivers the Travel Card (Nexive is the Italian equivalent of PostNL, but while PostNL is excellent, Nexive is very bad). Why not change the deliver partner? There are many cases as mine, and we don't know what do do. Thanks

The support, of course, suggests to order a new card, but I think that is useless, if Nexive takes care of the deliveries.

I’m in the same situation of Nicola. You have to change your carrier partner for Italy.

And, for what I've read, on the envelope of the Travel Card there is a code for the tracking, but we don't receive it, if not at the deliver, and in that case is useless. Why not send that code, considering the situation, to try at least to understand where is the problem, if the envelope gets stuck somewhere or lost?

Same situation here, Nexive (Post NL partner in Italy) is the worst carrier, i'm waiting for 3 weeks.

bunq hands over the mail to PostNL and PostNL decides what happens after that. I assume they will complain at PostNL about this service. The cards are not send with tracking info, that’s way more expensive for bunq. πŸ™‚ (it would be nice to have tho in these cases) πŸ™‚

Fortunately, one of the three cards that I was expecting arrived yesterday. Now there are two cards still missing.

                a month later

Hi everybody, I'm having the same problem with Nexive in Italy. I have ordered two cards already, the first one more than a month ago, and none has ever arrived. I will wait for another couple of weeks, and then I will close my bunq account. There is no point in using a service that can not send me what they are selling.
Bunq should really be more careful in choosing their shipping partners.

@Nicola-Green-Puma#125230 bunq hands over the cards to PostNL (which is pretty reliable in my experience). After that it goes through the regular mail channels that follow behind PostNL, bunq has no influence on that. When your card does not arrive by the estimated date you should report it to the Support chat πŸ’¬, you can order a replacement for free. No need to immediately close your bunq account. 😁 First try to let the support do its magic. 😬 Hopefully that resolves your issue already. πŸ™‚πŸ‘

@Sander#125266 Hi Sander, I have already contacted support, they basically told me to wait for more time.
If the card(s) aren't going to arrive anytime soon (we are approaching a month and a half now!!), for what reason should I keep an account open? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

@Nicola-Green-Puma#125267 when support tells you that then most likely the estimated delivery date has not passed yet. bunq is not using express delivery or anything but regular mail. Sometimes cards get lost in that process unfortunately. You can find more about the procedure when cards don't arrive right here. I agree, when your cards do not arrive it takes away quite some benefits of the bunq account and I would understand that the most sensible thing is to close the account. But, I think we should also give companies (not only bunq) a chance to fix problems. They would love to have you as a customer, it is also in their benefit to keep you as a client. 😁

@Sander#125268 The ETA of my first card was a month ago already πŸ™ƒ. As I said, I will wait a couple of more weeks maximum, but not more than that. πŸ˜‰

@Sander#125268 Why not offer to choose for registered mail when ordering cards?

If the user chooses registered mail, you can charge the additional costs; so it is up to the user.

@Nicola-Green-Puma#125269 a month is definitely too long. Have you meanwhile ordered a replacement of that card? I don't think the first card will arrive anymore to be honest. But without a new one being shipped things are not going to change. πŸ™‚

Yes, the second card should have been here already too: ten days ago based on their ETA.

@Tuur#125270 not my call to make. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ I would also expect an option to use registered mail when regular deliveries failed 2-3 times already. Will be cheaper then sending new cards until the end of times. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Me ne sono arrivate 2 ma con poste it

                                    4 months later

11 december 2019 order my travel card, never arrive it.
In Italy Nexive is a problem ... bunq users have problems with this terrible courier.
Now? Order a new card? But if you send it with this courier I have the same problem.
In other italian forum people say to not request a new card because don’t change the results.
What can I do to have my good travel card. I want to use it.
Please change your shipping method for Italy!!!

                                      Hi πŸ‘‹ @Ettore#140981

Very unfortunate to hear! I have forwarded your feedback to the bunq team so they can take another look at the rates of undelivered cards with Nexive. I would still recommend to give it another try and order the card/replacement again.

                                        Thank’s Tim! πŸ‘πŸ»
