@Arcardy#115888 This looks like a bug in the iOS app, because it's working fine in my Android bunq app.
Can you maybe test it also with a SEPA QR code generated via https://qr.emonkey.nl ?

Hmmm.... Bei meinem letzten Giro Code hat es noch funktioniert.
In kürze kommt n knöllchen 🤮
Da teste ich das ganze noch eimal.
Let‘s see if it does arrive.
When I click on the name it doesn‘t show the IBAN. When I click on „enter IBAN“ it doesn‘t show the IBAN either.
But the bank icon does show up, so internally it does have the IBAN.
bunq needs to fix this.
@Arcardy#115956 Can you maybe report this bug in the iOS app via report@bunq.com ?
Yes it did work.
So it seems like a bug.
I will report it.
It looks like a bug with german IBANs. It also does not work with the example:
https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/sites/default/files/kb/file/2018-05/EPC069-12%20v2.1%20Quick%20Response%20Code%20-%20Guidelines%20to%20Enable%20the%20Data%20Capture%20for%20the%20Initiation%20of%20a%20SCT.pdf
I changed only the IBAN to a bunq-IBAN, then it works:
BCD
001
1
SCT
BHBLDEHHXXX
Franz Mustermänn
NL83BUNQ2025105789
EUR12.3
GDDS
RF18539007547034
I also tested Girocodes I used in the past, same failure. In Android the IBAN is visible, in iOS you get this text:
@SimonM#115959 The money does however arrive. But you can‘t see the IBAN in iOS.
This seems to be a display bug in the iOS app

Any news on this? I just hit the same Problem trying to scan a German GiroCode (GEZ Invoice) ...
@Markus-Teal-Shark#126228 Are you on bunq version 12.3.0?
not shure i cannot find a version number
@mhubig#126383 If you go to the profile tab and pull it down quite a lot, the version number shows up
Yes it’s 12.3.0
@mhubig#126386 Can you send us the qr code via support@bunq.com so we can investigate? Thanks!
I wanted to pay my insurance. They sent an invoice with QR code. My banking App "Outbank" and the "Sparkasse App" could read it and created a prefilled transfer. The bunq App just vibrates... Brrrrr Brrrrr.
So I looked into the QR-Code and saw it is a link like* this:
bank://singlepaymentsepa?name=NAMEOFINSURANCE24%20AG&reason=RF0000000000000%20QR&iban=DE33100205000001194700&bic=BFSWDE33BER&amount=100%2C00
Maybe, someone of the bunq tech team could integrate the link-Schema: bank://singlepaymentsepa? into the QR Code Scanner?
(@Andreas#126387 )
Example:
*I have anonymized the reason, IBAN and the amount (Sample Data from: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/EPC-QR-Code)
@SimonM#227781 Okay, after short "Googling" the scheme of the url, I noticed that HUK24 is using an older scheme that works with Outbank App and Sparkasse App but doesn't seem to be standardized:
https://web.archive.org/web/20190809151343/http://www.bezahlcode.de/der-bezahlcode
bank://singlepaymentsepa?name=&reason=&iban=&bic=&amount=
And the website of bezahlcode.de is down too...
I don't think it will be the future, but maybe it's easy to integrate it anyway?
