It seems to be every month we have some issue and when support answer their responses are lacklustre and canned. None of our problems get resolved and it generally ends up with us having to use our other business bank to do something that bunq falls short on. Anyone else find this?
Take for example today. I ask support where we can get a reference letter or a bank letter that is NOT an export statement but has our info on it. The response is 'you can get all of this information if you do a export statement'..
I could spend hours listing our companies help tickets.
