I love banking with Bunq. Still, I hate how I’ve become a notoriously bad SEPA customer for businesses because of the decline-by-default design.
The auto-accept limits do not suffice. There are ‘magic’ limits all over the app, some monthly, some daily, and way too often a request is overlooked and rejected.
Please let there be a grace period, I don’t care how long or short it needs to be, where you can reject a request, otherwise it goes through. Problem solved, and still way more control than any other bank.
