• Nombre en la tarjete

?porquw no utilizan usted nuestro primeiro nombre en la tarjeta con el primero apelido? Como lo hacen todas las tarjetas normales? No hace sentido poner solo lós apelidos y el primero nombre que es lo más importante no aparezca.

    @Delio-Pink-Frog#121595 When ordering a card, you're asked to select how you want your name to be displayed on the card. You have probably selected to option without a first name.

      Solo me dava 3 opciones y ninguna del las el nombre estava correto. Siempre el primeiro nombre abreviado.

        @Delio-Pink-Frog#121725 Do you have a very long last name? I'm not sure if that could be the reason. You can also go to the card screen and try to order another card to see the selection available. You can always click on cancel, just for confirming.

          I have 3 surnames (sorry, this is very common in Brazil) and my name also comes completely messed up on the card: only the 3 surnames, but missing 2 letters from the last one probably due to maximum length :-( Don't remember having the option to change it when ordering.

          I use my first name and first surname everywhere, so would love if there would be an option to select only the first name and first (or last) surname as well.

            I think that you need a surname on a MasterCard. So it's sadly not possible to prioritize your first name instead of your surname(s).

              It would be cool to be able to print longer names, though. Seems like there should be enough room on the card.
