iOS notification badge stays present

I received a notification from the bunq app after arriving back in the Netherlands stating I saved x amount while using zerofx on my trip.

The red badge stays displayed, I refreshed my overview and did some new transactions creating new notifications but still the badge still indicates ‘1’.

I think this might be a bug. Bunq did encounter a similar bug once...

Stefan Have you tried closing the app entirely? Sometimes that works...

Stefan It could be a different notification inside some other menu?

It happened to me once where the badge didn’t go away no matter what I did. It was apparently due to a message on my profile, and when I tried to view it the app asked me to update it on order to view it. After updating and viewing that message it was gone.

Hasse Nee dit was het ook niet. Alle menu’s gezien. De badge is overigens spontaan verdwenen toen ik zojuist mijn telefoon erbij pakte.

Correctie. Zojuist weer in NL aangekomen en onderstaande melding gekregen. Badge blijft nu weer staan. Lijkt om onderstaande melding te gaan, ik vermoed toch een bug...

Ik krijg opeens helemaal geen pushnotificaties meer op iOS van de bunq app; misschien dat er her en der iets niet helemaal lekker gaat :P

LvH Ja er lijkt iets niet helemaal goed te gaan met notificaties. Zo krijg ik al een tijd geen notificaties meer van berichten uit de private chat...

Weer terug uit het buitenland. Weer een badge nadat de ‘je hebt x bespaard met zerofx’ melding is weergegeven. Melding is weg, app geopend en alle pagina`s geladen maar de badge gaat niet weg. Tegelijkertijd nog steeds geen notificaties van chats met private support. Het begint inmiddels wel hinderlijk te worden...

I am running into the same issue. Just came back from abroad. Notification badge is not going away. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I have the same issue. Restarting, reinstalling doesn’t help. Stuck at ‘1’.

I have no idea which notification is causing it for me, as I’ve opened all of them and there is nothing to dismiss in the app.

Ook hier hetzelfde probleem! Alles al geprobeerd. Op verzoek van support alle tabbladen ververst, telefoon opnieuw opgestart, app verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, maar er blijft een ‘1’ staan. Ze hebben er een melding van gemaakt.

Habe 2 Benachrichtigungen, finde diese aber nirgendwo.
Die olle 2 nervt ganz schön, da ich jemand bin, der sowas immer gleich abarbeitet...
