I understand it is a big security issue but I would like to have a web environment to handle my bunq business. It is the main thing I miss.

There is an API, I think written in PHP. So they should be able to add a website using the same api's as the apps (IOS and Android) do.
Second this!
Many people have suggested to use the API for this purpose. And I believe there are some efforts to achieve this. But for me it has to be approved by a party I trust... For instance bunq...
Bunq for Windows
Not web but windows access at least.
I dislike being 100% dependent on a mobile phone so managed to find this solution. Nox is an Android emulator for Windows. The camera might be an issue, and you'll need some way to receive bunq's authentication sms (usb sim dongle, sms receiver service, someone's phone...). Obviously this involves 3rd party software so be aware of the risk.
Further to the quick and dirty solution I mentioned above, here's a free sms receiver service. This would probably help in the event that both phone and card are stolen too.
I second this as well. It's the main reason why I can't switch completely. I don't want to be dependent on a mobile device. Or when that breaks down on my friends to borrow their phone. And I'm not going to develop something just to get web access.
without phone you cannot make a bank payment even with a web interface ;)
But you can see your balance... but this is already posssible with a few apps and more comeing
What I would love to see is a bunq desktop version that works like WhatsApp web:
If it were possible to do QR code authentication with the bunq API I would go and build this myself. :)
I don't agree with the people who want a web environment and I don't understand why they would want it? I have multiple bank accounts at different banks: abn rabo ing knab bunq. I use banking software to either pay invoices, pay web payments, view / search payments, download history payments, view balance. All these features are faster using a mobile phone than a desktop computer (for example the identification process into logging in to a computer takes me much more time than to log ing through a mobile phone. I don't understand why people would want a desktop environment. It is in any circumstance slower
Check out this project, its already functional and pretty easy to use 😊

I totally agree with this proposal. It would extend the security already built into the phone and it acknowledges that, sometimes, you just want to use a keyboard and a mouse.
Bunq is losing out on business because they do not have internet banking. Many in my circle would transfer to Bunq if they were not concerned with losing their mobile device.
People should not need to have multiple bank accounts to be able to access their cash when their mobile phone is not available
Exactly, I think the main reason people want access to bunq via laptop/web is to assure you can access and manage your money when your phone is unavailable, which is quite logical in my opinion.
You can use your iPad/tablet or another phone when you lost your phone
Some people do not own a iPad/Tablet. I only use my phone and notebook/desktop.
Some people only use pencil and paper
