First of all I would like to say that I love my new bank! I have used bunq over the past three months, and It has helped me in many ways. I love the control the app gives and it is great to finally have a bank with a MC debit card.

I don’t know if this has been mentioned by others before me, but there is one thing I would like to suggest when it comes to transferring money between personal accounts. Currently, it takes 10 steps to do this and I find it overly complicated:

1. Click pay

2. Click on ‘from’

3. Choose account

4. Click ‘to’

5. Manually input account name

6. Click desired account

7. Click on amount

8. Insert amount

9. Click next

10. Click send payment

The amount of clicks for such a simple task, is pretty much the only thing that has annoyed me slightly while using the app.

Why not just create a ‘transfer’ button within the accounts, next to the top up button? This will cut the whole process down to 5 steps:

1. Click on account to transfer from

2. Click transfer button

3. Select account to transfer to

4. Enter amount

5. Send

Not sure if other bunqers share my view in this matter? Maybe it’s just me, but sometimes I remember when I am about to pay, that I have to transfer money. Simplifying this process would make me less stressed when I have to transfer money in a hurry to not stall :) And also just making the process simpler in general.
