Je kunt een betaalverzoek delen via WhatsApp. Dit doe je door bij het maken van een request te kiezen voor de optie 'deel link van request', in plaats van een contact of IBAN kiezen. Je kunt die link dan vervolgens delen via WhatsApp, email, berichten, of simpelweg kopiëren en ergens plakken.

I’d be great if you could make this a default option. Standard it’s send via text, which both me and receivers hardly use any more, therefor these payments get overlooked

Making WhatsApp the default might not be possible. I know quite some people without WhatsApp, then it would not work anymore for them. When sharing a request the bunq app now uses the default sharing popup, which will show all supported and installed apps for the current device.

The default sharing pop-up/Android API is great, we fought hard for that. Oh I remember the days when I send myself a request via email only to copy the link to Signal or Telegram or indeed WA. How far we have come.
