Ik kan mijn bung debit mastercard niet toevoegen op mijn PlayStation account.

Op mijn xbox wel.

Iets over bekend?

    Dit lukt mij ook niet. Ik heb het aangegeven bij Support.

      Wat voor melding krijg je? Zie je de gefaalde transactie niet terug?

        Heb het zelf even geprobeerd. Hij meldt terug dat je een geldig creditcard nummer moet invoeren en je ziet geen melding verder in je Events.

          Ik heb het doorgegeven aan bunq. Ze gaan er achter aan. Was al bekend.

            Ik ervaar precies hetzelfde, nummer van kaart wordt niet geaccepteerd (ongeldig) zowel via web als ps4 zelf.

                    Hi All, we're still working it! It probably has to do with a not updated BIN table from their side, but we are working hard to make sure it is fixed as soon as possible. We will keep you updated! 👍

                      I find it a bit annoying that Bunq promises to be premium but many basic functions simply do not work well. Joint account, debit maestro and debit mastercard accept rate etc...

We're in contact with all parties to make sure all their systems and (in this case) BIN tables are up-to-date so we can offer you the premium service you expect. 😊

                          I have had contact with Playstation Support about this, this evening.

                          Now they explicitly stated that they DO NOT support prepaid or Debit Cards at all.

                          They said they only support 'full creditcards'. Whatever that means.

                          The mention that they did (as was on their website) is an error.


                          I find this really strange, since their two direct competitors, Nintendo & Microsoft, do support bunq Mastercard.

                            Correct, making payments to Nintendo works great.

                              Misschien ook oplossing om PS te verkopen en gewoon voortaan xbox aanschaffen :)

                                Het is gelukt. Nu pakt de PlayStation betaalmode wel de bunq mastercard
