Perhaps the card is already 'posted', in that case it's not possible to cancel the order anymore.

So in that case the card is already produced/personalized and shipped, for that reason it's no longer possible to cancel.

Ronald Rupp you only have this option up until the moment the manufacturing process is started. So my guess here is that yours is already being produced. You could try to contact Support 💬, but I don't expect another answer from them. 🙂
