It would be nice if we could send Videos into the support chat. (Or also Together)
It’s sometimes annoying to explain what you did and how you did it. (Especially if support isn’t that good, like before in the old days :))
L you are typically requested to send those via email to support@bunq.com. 🙂 In-app would be nice tho. 👍

L I'm pretty sure a developer on the forum here (Andreas?) has asked before to send a Screencast to that address.. Maybe not all support employees have access to the raw emails... (Emails get converted to similar tickets as messages from the support chat). 🤔
I just upload them to my website and paste the link in the chat. That has never failed.
I just convert them to a gif. And then I send the gif image :)
