Following problem: a while ago, when my Bunq account was rather low, an Amazon payment did not go through, and I had to use a different account to complete my order. Now I have topped up Bunq, but Amazon apparently does not receive a status update or whatever - any time I try to use the direct payment option from by bunq account, the order returns an error. Funny enough, everything works just fine when I use a bunq card number - which goes back to the same account. Amazon support says ' talk to your bank, not our problem'.
Any suggestions?
