• What happens with all the "canned" wishes?

Hi bunq

I feel that over the last half year or so, I have reported at least a few issues about the app, which I would classify as UI/UX bugs, annoyances, inconveniences and so on. Not really critical things (those you solve fast), but also not just wishes for improvements.

At first you seem to acknowledge the issues, but then you "can" it, labelling it as a wish, and says something like "let's see how other bunq'ers feel about this".

Of course the broken sort order of the scheduled payments on the Events page or the many extra clicks you need to need to do to make an export of your recent transactions, are not things that e gonna be the most important issues for the entire collective bunq-community. So these "wishes" will never get enough votes to get your attention again. Still, they are things that are obviously broken in your UI and should be fixed.

So, with no public roadmap for the app (where is transparency here?) there is no way to know if these things will ever be fixed. Possibly not I assume.

I'm not only taking about wishes I posted. Some of the existing wishes should not be categorised as such, because they are actually reports of a broken UI or UX experience, which should be treated with the same weight as a bug report.

Anyway, I would like to know, what are you doing with these reports? Nothing? Or are they actually on your roadmap?

I appreciate that you are focusing on making me features, but don't forget that people everyday are using the existing app right now, so please don't abandon to maintain the existing functionality.

Otherwise, keep up the good work and have a happy weekend! 🍻

    Hi Dennis,

Thank you for your input and question. We can understand that with having a Wishlist, come questions about how do we manage the wishes, and what is actually being implemented.

First of all, I would like to say that we value all the feedback we receive from our users. It is, after all, how we can keep on growing and improving to give you the best bunq experience. Together, and the Wishlist allow us to have an overview of what bunqers wish to see next, and how you are currently experiencing our product.

The wishes we accept are acknowledged by our product team. If these are later not implemented, we will communicate this to you.

We are indeed, focusing on making kick-ass features, which also entails giving you the best bunq experience ever.

As always we take your feedback with us and thank you for taking the time to share this with us and the community😊

    Have a lovely weekend!
