I had a Premium Account and set up Auto Save but now I'm switched to Travel Card and can't find an option to access or delete the Auto Save Account?

    Auto Save is a premium feature. When you downgrade to Travel Card it will be disabled automatically. You will only have 1 account included to deposit money to your card, this is the account you have chosen to keep. The account will not have full functionality like outgoing SEPA transfers or Direct Debits. You can choose to withdraw ALL money from the card though through a SEPA transfer.

      @Tim#132587 Hi thx for the quick response. I know that it's a premium feature but it's not deactivated with my travel card account. There's still some money in the auto save account and every time I make a transaction with the travel card money is send to the auto save account??

        That sounds a bit odd indeed! I suggest to report this bug to private support through the help tab.
