@Nikolaos-Lime-Lion#133234 I also doubt this was done in bad faith. They will likely fix it. By the way I have both (bunq and N26 You) as my accounts. My 2 cents:
Even thou I think N26 is technically good enough for basic usage, they made various decisions in the past that stained their image very very badly. I fortunately never had problems myself, apart from some verbal fighting to get something out of their insurance package... But I know lots of people that had. A very good friend had his account cancelled simply because they couldn't bother fixing a bug with their new ID re-verification method (somehow they asked lots of customers to reverify their ID even after 2 years of using their services). N26 was his only account, he was in the middle of his holidays and you can imagine the hassle caused. This incident triggered me to search for alternatives, and this is how I landed @ bunq.
Nowadays I can't think of any other bank that offer so many power user features. bunq's API alone is enough of a reason for me to set them as my main account. So many possibilities! Even for non-devs, there are some unique things in bunq: each sub account has its own IBAN (instead of this pointless Spaces thing of N26), dual PIN for card payments using different accounts... All in all I think it's better to spend 7.99 on these than 9.99 on some insurance package that you will have to fight very hard to make use of (from personal experience). Unless you're an early adopter and still pays 4.90 for N26... in which case I would say get both, just like I do :-)
So if you're a power user I strongly suggest trying them out. It's free for the first month anyways, so you can always stop your subscription if you don't see much added value.
