Which documents you may need to provide? 📑
Company owner ID needed - You have to upload a photo of the shareholders’ and directors’ IDs. Please note that we can only accept pictures of the original documents (no copies or screens), with all the details showing and uncensored. If you need to send a national ID card, we will need to receive both the front and the backside of the document.
Deed of incorporation - Known in Dutch as oprichtingsakte, this document is required to set up an organization. It states the name, location and purpose of the legal person, the share capital and the share transfer restrictions.
In case that the shareholders have changed since the foundation of your organization, we will also need the shareholders’ registry.
Director authorisation - The authorization of your fellow directors in case you are registered as a jointly authorised director. This has to be a signed statement saying that they are aware and agree with the usage of the account.
To upload these documents, go to the Events in your Profile tab and tap on "Company Documents Needed".
