Reposition bug reporting button 🐛

How are you all doing today?!

In today's bunq update there is a cool 😎 new button to report bugs. You will find this option in under "Help" -> "I have a question" -> "Report a bug". I love that option!

I feel a but coming John....

Ow damn, you guys know me so well. Yes, there is a small but.

Reporting a bug isn't a question! So, don't position this under "I have a question". And positioning this button here, makes "I have a question" also unnecessary crowded.

So.. I would like to recommend to position this button straight on the Help screen. I even would consider to rename te button to "I want to report something".. so you can even use it for other kind of reports you want to do.

John Do First of all, I think this is already a great improvement!
But I also agree with you that your suggestion would be a better location for the button.
So: big high five from me 😊🌈

John Do Nice idea. I can't remember which app it was, but there's an iOS app that opens up a "Report a problem" form, when you have the app open and shake your phone (like the "undo" gesture). Of course that means you have to know this gesture exists in the first place

I agree, but I would place it last in the list.
Doesn't feel right when its right in the middle.

W. Janson-Korhorn Yes, that is true. This example was just for a quick visualisation. I would always put most used and/or most positive on top. Bugs aren’t both that, so yes... I also would put it lower on the list.
