And i think i just saw a billboard at Zuidplein about the metalcard, not sure because the busses glasses where blurry because of the rain but i think i saw a card and the bunq logo. So i think alot of people will order it now and all the founder cards will be gone 😕

            @Deniz#135432 Ik zie op de site dat er nog 729 kaarten zijn, maar de iOS Bunqers kunnen nog niet bestellen, daarom zijn er nu nog over op dit moment.

                @Petrus-Olive-Tiger#135442 Only Apple knows. They need to give the green light (pun intended) on the update. I see new updates coming each hour for other apps, so I think Apple is working through a massive submission list right now.

                  The Bunq iOS update hasn't been available. Although I hoped to get one at midnight, after 2 hours waiting and refreshing the app store, I did go to sleep. It's not great for us Apple users that we can only wait and see how Android users are going to get their Founders edition and we probably get none.

                    If you don’t have an Android device, pop into a Vodafone or tele2 or whatever and use a display model there to install the app, just don’t forget to sign out again.

                      iOS still not available. What a fuckup. Why can't I order it through the online banking instead?

                      This shows once again that "app only" is rubbish. I switched over from N26 because at bunq I can do more on a computer, for example use a desktop App for some things.

                        @tobyx#135353 Of course they submitted the app long before scheduled release. It does not make any difference whether you manually release the app to the App Store, or whether you have it automatically done by App Store Connect. The process that the app has to go through before it is actually available is 100% identical.

                          Install 'BlueStacks' on your computer. It's an Android emulator. Download the bunq-app on there.

                            @Franklin-Blue-Butterfly#135522 Of course the process is the same, but since the update can be held back until a point in time that you yourself are able to set, the update should've been submitted a week in advance. I'm not saying it wasn't but without further details, the current explanation makes no sense.

                              For everyone still not receiving the update, but have a laptop nearby, I have a working solution for you.

                              However, please first make sure you are willing to pay €99,- a year, just for a card.. I thought it was 'free' with my Premium Bunq account, but this way they are simply doubling the monthly subscription fee. Honestly, it really feels like Bunq is money-grabbing.

                              Anyway, if you feel like paying a comparable monthly amount, like Netflix, for just a card, follow these simple instructions:

                              1. Go to https://bluestacks.com, download and install the Android Emulator
                              2. Open the emulator
                              3. Log in with a Google account (perhaps create one, just for the sake of this)
                              4. Search for Bunq in the play store and install
                              5. Log in with your Bunq account and register for the card.

                                  Someone please tell me WHY I should fork over 99 euros for this card!!! On a yearly basis if I’m correct. So please explain why I need this card.

                                    Haha now I went through all the Bluestacks thing just minutes before the update goes live. Reminds me of waiting in the line at the supermarket, trying to switch to a faster line only for it to get crowded a lot more before you can take your own spot in it. A very insightful morning.
