Heiko Hartwig Die Anzeige in der App ist schon richtig, die Leute, die die Karte später erhalten, haben eine Email mit dem neuen Datum erhalten. Und manche Leute bekamen ja bereits eine Sendungsankündigung von DHL direkt.

Heiko Hartwig Ganz meine Meinung. Außerdem müsste die Mail mit der Trackingnummer von DHL kommen, damit die Umleitungsfunktionen greifen können. (Wunschtag, Wunschort, Wunschnachbar)!

Johannes 🇦🇺 Ich weiß nicht, welche Daten bunq an die kartenerstellende Firma weitergegeben hat. Als DHL-Kunde, der ich nun mal bin, erhalte ich von DHL immer eine Mail, wenn über DHL eine Sendung an mich erfolgt. Dies betrifft nicht normale Briefsendungen für meinen Briefkasten.

Bernd (DE - Hamburg)🇩🇪 Ich war derjenige der eine Paketankündigung von DHL bekommen habe... bis jetzt hat sich der Status noch nicht geändert. Es steht noch immer, dass die Sendung angekündigt wurde.

I understand people are excited, but... what’s wrong with just ‘wait and see’ :p?

The date has been predicted months and months ago and some of you guys got a message that something has been shipped. Why are people contacting support over this? It may come sometime this week and in that case bunq has given a very accurate prediction, even if it’s one or a few days late.

René Yes i'm with you..and what you say is correct...but if you claim something as "shipped" people expect a tracking code so they can see all the details about it. It's an express shipping by Dhl as said by bunq not a standard one so. If you claim something as shipped and then you don't send the tracking code people start to doubt

A.P Most other bunq cards (in NL) are shipping using a letter. 9/10 times letters in NL don’t have a tracking code.

Nichtsdestotrotz wollen wir einfach nur unsere schöne Metall Karte in den Händen halten. Es hat jetzt schon eine ganze Weile gedauert was auch voll in Ordnung ist, denn wir wussten ja wie lange es dauern wird. Aber wenn der 17. als Lieferdatum irgend wo angezeigt wird dann freut man sich nunmal. Drücken wir alle einfach die Daumen das die Karten heute ankommen 🥰

Now the app is saying I should order a replacement because “the card should’ve been with me by now”. Lots of people will be clicking that button. Traceable shipping was also promised by bunq as a special feature of this expensive card product so the launch is already botched.

Lip do not order a replacement, first of all that's crazy expensive and secondly I'm 99% sure your original card will arrive just fine. The notice to order a replacement is an automatic one and it doesn't take into account delays. As for all the other messages, bunq is doing everything they can to ship the cards as fast as possible and indeed they promised a tracking code. Keep in mind that today is not a guaranteed delivery date but an estimated one. I can very well imagine you all want your card, but we should not forget the date is an estimate, it could've been a bit faster or as it seems now it takes a little longer. bunq is doing everything it can go get them to you as soon as possible (and I expect the tracking code to arrive soon as well given that the status changed to shipped).
