Is it really not fully metallic card ? It had plastic on it as some people say ?

Mohammad If the NFC antenna is covered with metal on both sides, contactless payment doesn't work anymore. That means a card with NFC can never be fully metal.

If it’s the back of the green card is plastic then it’s not a green card :) and they just bullshit us and charge us 100 euros 🤦

Mohammad There are different posts for this topic, and it's no a full plastic card but how did you expect NFC to work?

Mohammad You don't have a fully metal card with NFC, there is always some sort of plastic (e.g. just the back), or it's not metal at all.

I just spoke to support
They said the cards were shipped but the manufacturer had some issues / delays with DHL
And that we should soon receive (unspecified date) news on the tracking code etc ..

Jonas Sorry, aber woher soll ich das wissen? Frage doch mal john do, ob er was weiß. Er ist zwar kein Angestellter, kennt aber Mitarbeiter von bunq persönlich.

Jonas Wenn du den Post von bunq gelesen hast, solltest du die Antwort eigentlich kennen. bunq sagt, man bekommt eine Email von DHL direkt, also entsprechend muss bunq die Email ja weitergeben :)

Hey guys, so I didn't get any email from DHL, but in the bunq app it shows already shipping like a few days ago for my green card, today it even pops out the bottom shows I can order a replacement cared if I didn't get my green card. Should I wait for a few more days or should I order the replacement card? also, I wonder if anyone already got their green card?

Ollyvah Please wait a few more days, as I’ve not heard of any Green Card that’s been delivered already. Buying a replacement is expensive so I wouldn’t recommend as the Green Card will probably arrive soon, but maybe not today?

Ollyvah Ik ben nr 216 en bij mij staat ook nog steeds een leverdatum van 17 februari.
Verder nog geen e-mail of bericht gehad. Komt vandaag dus niet meer, even wachten nog denk ik.
