Maandenlang hoor je niets en op de leverdatum van 17 februari (s avonds!) pas een e-mail bericht dat die datum niet meer gehaald kan worden, en uitstel levering is tot 28 februari. Ongetwijfeld zal het de drukker of leverancier van de green cards zijn, maar dit had logistiek gezien beter aangepakt moeten worden, daar je ruim van te voren € 99 moet neertellen.

Can someone from bunq confirm the +2 months are added to the actual arrival date of the card? It's very confusing not being able to see the remainder on the yearly subscription. Because +2 months to the order date of it is actually a horrible deal but I can't find an official confirmation of how this is handled.

So this is the standard. I don‘t think they would mention extra 2 months if it was just the standard procedure (or rather even worse in our case then). An easier to understand explanation from bunq would indeed be good, though!

Jammer van de vertraging, maar uiteindelijk hebben we de kaart meerdere maanden gratis kunnen gebruiken (ook digitaal). Ik kan niet wachten op de metal card in m’n handen te hebben 😬

Leider ist die Karte verzögert um 11 Tage :( und dann wurde mir vom Support gesagt das die Karte bereits seit letzter Woche Versand war das ist echt komisch

So habe jetzt den Bericht von Bunq gelesen, bin mal gespannt wann die ersten jetzt die Karten bekommen und ob der 28.2. wirklich eingehalten wird. Dann warten wir mal ab, bis nächsten Freitag

Ik kreeg te zien dat die rond 25 februari zou aankomen. Dag later kreeg ik de melding dat m’n pasje onderweg is en wellicht vandaag of morgen al komt.
