Max I've seen multiple screenshot from support meanwhile where they explain that this was beyond their control. If bunq depends on a third party and that third party suddenly decides to not deliver as agreed then bunq is also completely surprised.
Another thing I've heard a few times is that bunq sends an email to one of your email addresses. When you have multiple email addresses listed in your Profile then it will only send the mail to the first email address (alphabetically). Could that perhaps be the problem? bunq did sound out emails at least when they became aware of the problem. 🙂
