I never got any of the e-mails... so I‘m just hoping mine will arrive soon. I hope bunq will sort out their e-mail problem shortly and actually use the address that I‘ve set up in the app (and not some old one that doesn‘t exist anymore).

Jakob The sms I got didn’t come from bunq, but directly from DHL. So I don’t think you’ll miss the tracking info at least

However, my phone number never changed since many years, so if they would've used that, I should've gotten a notification by SMS then, but I haven't. Mysteries...

Amber 🇳🇱🇬🇧 Well, Andreas didn't got any notification, it just arrived. I wish bunq would send us the tracking codes by themselves, and wouldn't rely on DHL to do it. :/

Andreas Thanks for the answer. Did you order your second under a different name? Right now I think that they produced them by Name - so A first and Z last. Because I’m Founder #31 and I haven’t received the card yet.

Claude the image above is a fake card from bunq's promotion material, so it's safe in this case. Normally you indeed do not want to share the number. 🙂

Simon as I understand it will be plastic yes to accommodate the NFC antenna.
