Just for all who try to activate the green card in a joint account and have already 4 physical cards; it will not work (at the moment, but it should).
If you have 4 physical cards you will be asked to upgrade to premium (or downgrade). But this is a bug.
I have been discussing this with support and they are working on a solution right now.
