Last week it was set to "sent" for everyone when the expected delivery date was still 17 Feb (and when that date arrived, the app even started showing things like "Your card should have arrived, tap here to order a replacement if it didn't!"). Now this has been changed to 28 Feb for everyone, but you will receive an email or sms from DHL once it actually ships, and so far this seems to be going alphabetically by First Name / Initials.
