Mo Dit is echt absurd..Hoe kan dit door gaan als DHL Go green? Gaat mijn kaart zo dan ook van Amsterdam -> Eindhoven -> Brussel -> Amsterdam?

Hemmik DHL has probably no "main hub" in Amsterdam, and so it's always going to the nearest one first. GoGreen is not about a short way for a package, with GoGreen you support projects that compensate the CO2 emissions caused by your package

There are several ways to look at this of course, perhaps it's a different hub in Amsterdam and this way they don't need to put additional cars on the road. Even though it looks very strange it doesn't necessarily have to be like that. I have to agree it doesn't make sense at first sight though.

Hemmik Goeie vraag, ik heb de kaart net binnen. Die overigens wel bezorgd is op de fiets bij ons op kantoor in Rotterdam. Een persoonlijke mening: veel rumoer en harde uittingen vanuit Bunq omtrent deze kaart. Het is een coole kaart maar daar is alles mee gezegd. De kaart bevat geen RFID chip, dus contactloos betalen kun je vergeten. Hiernaast is de levering alles behalve groen.

Hier net zo. Nu wachten wanneer ze het land nog eens door gaan voor de uitlevering.

Johannes 🇦🇺 Sounds really backwards to me. Instead of compensating CO2, they should also focus on reducing CO2. I'd rather just come over and collect the card @bunq headquarters in that case! I'm pretty sure mailing the cards with PostNL for customers in the Netherlands would have a smaller footprint..

Shipment information received from AMSTERDAM (bunq friday) -> First scan at EINDHOVEN (yesterday) -> BRUSSELS -> LEIPZIG (via AIR?) -> BERLIN

Hemmik Well, Brussels and Amsterdam are pretty close, I don't think that it is actually that huge of an issue. And having such "main hubs" is generally more efficient than sending 10000 trucks directly from city to city, but it will never be perfect with a normal package, but at least there is compensation :/

Martin Well Eindhoven is between Amsterdam and Brussels, so it was just a "quick stop" on it's way to the main hub :D there are probably not a lot of DHL express packages from Amsterdam to Amsterdam or they would build a main hub there :/

I think they could skip entire Brussels, but atleast the Green Card now has seen something from the world 🌍

Simon don’t worry. I have seen this a few times before... in fact also I have it. It will go away within a few hours and will still be delivered today.

Jos Eindhoven is probably just a step on the way to the main hub in Brussel, logistics is much more complicated than people might think, but keep in mind that it's also in the interest of DHL to do it as efficient as possible, to save money.

No email, no SMS, no IAN, yet the card arrived today.

Bunq is really playing with out emotions here. They should be super transparent about this process. It is already delayed and now there is not even any communication.

The card looks nice and sturdy, uses the same packaging as Revolut plain plastic cards!

No notification from DHL or anyone, but my card arrived today. Would really be better to get your tracking number right in the app.

My first impressions: Not much but nice packaging, sturdy card, looks good and clean with the Mastercard logo on the front being slightly inset. But the name and founder number unfortunately doesn't look perfect, but a bit dirty on the edges. Not sure if that is just my card or I am being especially attentive here, but it takes away from the otherwise very good-looking card for me.
