@JasperM#139442 aha, it sounds like you are using a bookkeeping progrma, then yes, it usually results in a new transaction as is uaual and actually this is how it works. you will see all so called 'mutations'. However it could also be that the merchant isn't using the right procedure when refunding and then it could show up in the app as a separate entry too, but usually the app will update the original transaction. So if you have this situation with your bookkeeping software, it might be a good idea to write to them and tell them about the option of reading out mastercard transactions using the mastercard end-point it self via the api and update entries accordingly as that end-point of the bunq api will be able to link refunds and other events on the same transactions.
