If youβre an iOS user, you may experience hand recognition not working in the bunq app. To make sure you can use it again as soon as possible, weβre in direct contact with our supplier for a fix. While this process might take up to a few days (due to the holidays), the whole bunq team is working to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
If you need to use hand recognition in the meantime, you can still (1) easily use a passphrase or (2) set your device date back to 2019 to continue using the hand recognition.
