I want bunq to always log off when I exit the app. Who wants to stay logged in all the time? I've set the time to 5 minutes, but I want to have a 0 option.

Hey Tijmen,
Thanks for that, we can definitely take a look at that wish! 👍
Thanks. My ING app always logs off. With fingerprint enabled it's easy and fast enough to log back in. I don't want anyone holding my phone being able to see my account.
I’ve also requested this before.
I have set my auto logout to a day. Just because I don't all the hassle of having to login ever time. And I use T&P a lot which also require that I'm login into the app.
My security is based on the fact that my phone always immediately get locked when I close my cover of pressed power button of screen timeout of 2 minutes.
I can agree with this, but when I give people my phone to look at something I don’t like the idea of them just getting in my bank account/seeing my balence etc.
I understand. I never leave my phone unattended (unless it is my lovely wife). There is a way to hide your account balance if someone swipes between yours apps:

If you use Android I know there are ways to protect a single app with a passcode to prevent the situation you describe.
Hope this will help you for now.
As long auto-logout at 0 minutes is not available do it manually. Just 3 taps. So simple.
Sure, but I'd prefer it to be automatic, that way you don't forget.
Agree
Agree ! Always log off or auto log off after using ur bank acc . Just imagine what somebody can do if u lost ur phone 🤓.
In addition, I've come to realize that the log off timer is set once you login. It should be set once you are idle and reset when you are using the app. Now it just logs me off when I'm using the app for 5 minutes, whether or not I'm actively doing things.
I would prefer 30 seconds. Just enough to switch apps when doing copy pasting for manual payments.
Actually, after thinking a bit more I don’t believe I need this. Often I find it to be very nice to quickly change settings using TouchID, such as changing card accounts at checkout. It’s saving only seconds, but still a smoother payment experience. When I don’t trust an environment or won’t touch the phone for a while the current auto logout options are sufficient or I can easily logout manually with the hold-avatar menu.
But that’s how it is for me, I can imagine always enforcing the pin can be a serious need for others, so I leave my vote on the wish.
Two taps actually on iOS; long-press your avatar in the top right corner and hit "Logout" 😁
Same on Android :)
True, John. Just learnt something new😊
Hey bunqers,
You asked, and we listened. This wish is now possible with our latest app release 🙌.
Now when you leave the app, you can change your settings to log you out automatically 👌.
You can do this by going to Accounts --> Profile --> Security & Settings --> Stay logged in for --> 0 seconds.
Cheers!
Log off after 0 sec doesn’t work all the time. When I’m in the app and reading some posts then suddenly I’m logging out of the app! It occurs every time. Very inconvenient.
Hello Jeroen!
Thank you so much for letting us know about this, especially as this is a spankin' new addition to the feature and want to know about your experiences with it 👍
An immediate reaction would be to believe this is a bug, but it is actually a matter of an implementation detail.
The way the auto logout feature works is that the session expiration countdown begins when you leave your monetary account overview (for example) and start browsing the Together posts.
We have notified our dream team so that they can look into this. Cheers! 🌈
