  • request-inquiry / bunqme-tab with OAuth

Since update #13, the request-inquiry endpoint can also be used with OAuth. However, this appears to be only partially implemented. If I try to send a request to a non-bunq user, I get the following error (which is a bit illogical, since I am already on a premium (joint) account and cannot upgrade):

With this account it is only possible to sent a request to other bunq users. Upgrade your account or remove the recipient without bunq.

When I use an API key, it works fine, only when using OAuth I get the above error. The same error I get when using the bunqme-tab endpoint.

Is there any reason why I wouldn't be allowed to send requests to non bunq users with OAuth? Since there are still many people without bunq, this limits this new feature quite severely...
