We are very excited to announce that all of our Founders Edition Green Cards have been sent out! 💳 The rest of the Green Cards and these will be sent in the coming weeks and we’ll keep you updated on their status.

Keep an eye on your mailbox, as you’ll get an email or SMS from DHL when your card has been shipped. It will also include your card’s delivery date along with details about your card tracking.

On top of this, your support for the Green Card has been so amazing. We’re scaling up production to make sure everyone can get one as soon as possible, so recently ordered cards may arrive a few days later than expected.

Update: the first shipment of the non-founders cards were shipped yesterday, 27/02. 🎉

When will my Green Card arrive?

In perfect pair with the Green Card, your delivery will be done in a green and sustainable way 🍃. We’ve partnered with DHL to use the new Go Green service to make this possible.

Once your card is shipped, you will receive an email from DHL giving you more information about your delivery date and tracking details. For any questions regarding the shipment after you’ve been notified by DHL via email, you can contact DHL customer service for more information.

Why is the card delivery delayed?

To make sure you get the best quality product, we're working closely with our card production company to perform quality checks for the first few batches of cards. Because of this, some of the card delivery times were slightly delayed. We appreciate your understanding during this initial shipment delay and we'll keep you updated as we further align with our supplier!
