on motorcycleid.com and on some austrian websites.

I entered all my information. (Same address as in bunq)
Clicked Pay/Order -> Error

Could it really be a Bin Problem?

    @Lui#150964 I wouldn't expect any BIN problems at this point anymore, our virtual BINs have been in use long enough now. Although I cannot completely exclude that possibility, I would expect these issues to have a different cause.

    You could try using a Travel Card. That uses a different BIN range. Plus it identifies to the merchant as a credit card, which should help increase acceptance as well.

          @Lui#151015 They weren't able to provide you with a reason why the payment failed and was declined? That's what we're interested in, since we haven't yet received any reversals. In the meantime we have reached out to their payment service provider, but unfortunately they haven't responded yet.

          In the meantime I suggest you request a refund for this payment through our app if you haven't done so already.

            "Unfortunately I do not have requested information, since it can be checked only with your bank"
            if I ask
            "Hey, the payment on this order failed. And my bank asked me why it failed? Could you look into this? The payment was done yesterday"

                  With the card, my payment got marked as possible fraud.
                  And their verifiction process declined the Bunq MasterCard payment after one day.


                  But I think this time the problem is for sure not on bunq's side.

                      @Lui#155293 I don't see any errors on our end. Very strange again. We haven't heard back from the payment service provider for the previous cases unfortunately. We're now also reaching out to Mastercard to find out if we can find out more.

                        @Lui#150950 Mir passiert das ständig und nicht nur mit Bunq, sondern auch mit andere MasterCards, wie Kreditkarte von Advanzia. Ich vermute das liegt an Mastercard 3D Security. Der Betrag wurde auch abgebucht, aber die Bestellung wurde nicht abgeschlossen. Bei bunq hat es 7 Tage gedauert, bis das Geld zurückgegeben wurde. Bei Advanzia 4 Tage.

                                  Hello, I have the same problem and I contacted Bunq support (in app) over 24h ago. It said we will answer in 5 hours time.

                                  I made an online creditcard payment yesterday and after hitting confirm pay it showed me error. Bunq has taken the money off of my account, but the merchant says they don't have the money and they specificaly asked their financial department to check it. The answerr from them was, that the payment was not succesful and was declined. The money never reached to merchant account and they literally can't do anything for me.

                                  So, my question is, why is bunq even taking the money off the account, if the payment is clearly flawed? I did make a refund request, but A) it works, if bunq request money back from merchant, yet obvisouly this is not the case as the money is still in bunq system and B) it says it would take 8 days, whatthehell.jpg.

                                  It is just unclear to me how someones money can be "hanging" in some void or i dont know where, when it clearly has to be in bunq's system.
