Hello, I have the same problem and I contacted Bunq support (in app) over 24h ago. It said we will answer in 5 hours time.
I made an online creditcard payment yesterday and after hitting confirm pay it showed me error. Bunq has taken the money off of my account, but the merchant says they don't have the money and they specificaly asked their financial department to check it. The answerr from them was, that the payment was not succesful and was declined. The money never reached to merchant account and they literally can't do anything for me.
So, my question is, why is bunq even taking the money off the account, if the payment is clearly flawed? I did make a refund request, but A) it works, if bunq request money back from merchant, yet obvisouly this is not the case as the money is still in bunq system and B) it says it would take 8 days, whatthehell.jpg.
It is just unclear to me how someones money can be "hanging" in some void or i dont know where, when it clearly has to be in bunq's system.
