This month i had a few problems with some online purchases. So, I initiated the refund process on a few payments through support chat👌
But...Today I got a message saying that my refund didn’t get through -> It doesn’t say which refund or payment😂

So. I need to asks the support again for more infos (which takes up to 24 hour)
What I want
More specific Infos on these messages + a direct link to the payment view would be nice 🌈
