Lediglich die Metall-Karte wird ab März 2021 dann insgesamt 9 Euro teurer im Jahr. Dafür gibt's aber auch ein paar zusätzliche Features wie die Zapier-Integration. Damit kann ich leben, und wer das nicht kann, kann sie ja einfach dann abbestellen. Das Pack ist noch genauso wie vorher.

Which is also a huge stretch as they never gave details.

Add me to the list of people who are very unhappy with the cancellation of the joint subscription. My wife and I only joined Bunq 1 month ago, and now all of a sudden we are expected to be ok with a cost increase of 60%?? And we don't even see any of the green benefits unless we both pay even more on top of that. I understand you are giving us a 3 month grace period, but honestly you should have given advance warning that the joint account would be discontinued so that people could make an informed choice.

Tim, if you haven't already you need to collate the negative feedback to this change and report it to Bunq employees that are making these decisions. Bunq are going to lose a number of customers because of this.

@bunq#153109 What benefits are you talking about when you move from Joint to Premium? Because those benefits must be quite steep if you charge 60% more for it.

However I'd recommend staying SuperGreen at least until March 2021, since it won't cost you any extra until then! 🙌

Right now I have a Join subscription and I pay €9,99 per month for that. After the 3 discounted months of the new green subscription, I’ll be paying what? €16,99 per person or €16,99 total for the two account members? 👀👀

So, for me as a Green Card and Premium User, the only thing changed is that bunq gets more expensive next year and my „GreenCard“ only plants one tree every 100€ spent. I never used the other cards and I find this change really, really bad.

Of course people wanted to be able to plant trees with all of their cards. But definitely not like this. Terrible idea. I wanted the GreenCard for what it was. But right now, this change makes me sad.

Yes, but that replaces the one-time fee of €99 for the card before. Current Green Card members are upgraded to Premium SuperGreen for free until March 2021, after that they will pay €16,99 per month.

Ik vind dit niet normaal was net alles over aan het zetten met mijn gezin maar ik ga weer terug naar de ING gelukkig heb ik mijn oude rekening nog niet beëindigd.
