Ik ben al een aantal jaar gebruiker van Bunq. De eerste jaren voor €1 en sinds kort een joint account. Nu hoor ik opeens, zonder enige vorm van communicatie, dat dit niet meer bestaat en gelijk overgezet ben naar een premium account... nu moet ik opeens meer gaan betalen?! Leuk dat je 3 maandjes korting krijgt, maar hadden jullie niet eerst de communicatie kunnen doen om mensen in te lichten? Erg jammer...

As an existing Green Card owner, you get Premium SuperGreen at no extra cost until March 2021! 🙌

So you can now plant trees on all your card spend, and still pay just the €7,99 for Premium.

You'll get an email within the next few hours that explains this ℹ️

Make sure you're on the latest version of the app (13.9.0) and then you'll have the option to "Switch Subscription"

However I'd recommend staying SuperGreen at least until March 2021, since it won't cost you any extra until then! 🙌

Right now I have a Join subscription and I pay €9,99 per month for that. After the 3 discounted months of the new green subscription, I’ll be paying what? €16,99 per person or €16,99 total for the two account members? 👀👀

So, for me as a Green Card and Premium User, the only thing changed is that bunq gets more expensive next year and my „GreenCard“ only plants one tree every 100€ spent. I never used the other cards and I find this change really, really bad.

Of course people wanted to be able to plant trees with all of their cards. But definitely not like this. Terrible idea. I wanted the GreenCard for what it was. But right now, this change makes me sad.

Yes, but that replaces the one-time fee of €99 for the card before. Current Green Card members are upgraded to Premium SuperGreen for free until March 2021, after that they will pay €16,99 per month.

All SuperGreen users now plant 1 tree per €100 on ALL their card spend. Anyone who was a Premium user with a Green Card, is now a SuperGreen user 🙌.

I think it's important to explain why we made this change.

When we saw how people used their Green Cards in real life, only about 30% of the card payments they did were on their Green Card. That was a lot of missed trees! 🌳

So when we saw that one of the biggest wishes on Together was to plant trees on all your card spend, we worked out how we could make that happen. 💪

Changing the formula to 1 tree per €100, and applying it to ALL card spend, means that bunqers will plant 50% more trees than before! We think this is an awesome change, and it will help bunqers become CO2 free in less time than ever 🙌

At this time the purchase insurance applies only to purchases on the Metal Card. This is due to limitations on the insurer's side.

We are always looking to expand this, and if we are able to, we'll make sure everyone on Together is updated 😊

Even checken; ik had een free account en ben nu automatisch overgezet naar een premium account. Wat gratis is voor de eerste drie maanden? Betekend dat dat ik daarna gewoon moet betalen of is er dan nog een free optie?

Bunq should really know that consistency is important for a bank. I was really enthusiastic about bunq but I am definitely going back to N26 after my original GreenCard subscription runs out. Huge disappointment today.

Hi guys, bit confused here about the update. My wife and I have a joint subscription, am I correct in stating that we will now both be converted to a premium subscription? And am I correct in stating that this means a 50% price increase for the same level of service?

After the 3 months period you will be on the Premium membership for €7,99 per month. Your old membership was discontinued 3 years ago and today they made a final call on ending it permanently.
